Red Potato Salad

Introduction

Not sure if this is low fat or low cal, but this is what I made. Not sure if this is low fat or low cal, but this is what I made.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 TBSP Mayo w/ Olive Oil
    3 Strips of Bacon (Definitely optional!)
    2 TBSP Mt. Olive Relish
    2 Boiled Eggs
    2 Medium Red Potatoes

Directions

Boil potatoes until soft. Cook bacon to desired doneness. Mash potatoes with the bacon. Mix everything else into a large bowl. Chill and eat.
