Cherry Vanilla Protein Shake

Ingredients

    1 Scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 Cup Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
    1/2 Cup Milk 1% or 2%
    1 Container of Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are completely mixed.

I double this recipe and put 8 ounces in plastic cups with lids then freeze them. Then I grab one on my way out the door for work in the morning. Quick, easy and filling!
