Very good. I used 1T maple syrup as I had no honey. I also added some coconut extract to give a touch more tropical flavor. - 1/16/08

MMmmm. That sounds yummy. I think I will try to add the coconut too. Thanks for the suggestion.

  • Delicious! Not quite as good as the Mango Lassi served at my favorite Indian restaurant, but pretty damn close and probably a lot healthier too :). - 5/18/13

  • Good recipe:)
I like to use *unsweetened* mango pulp. I just feel like pureeing my mangoes is wasting them, esp since they're so expensive!
I also like to add a splash of orange or lemon juice, because it brightens up the flavor.
Otherwise, I use the exact same recipe as you :) - 7/9/08

  • First time I have eaten mango. Both my husband and I decided it was ok. I think it would have been better if we used regular honey instead of the spice honey we had. - 3/26/08
