Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    3 cups sweetened flake coconut
    the white from one large egg
    1 tsp coconut extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 325*
Mix all ingredients until fully moistened. Drop by TBSP-fuls on a large, greased cookie sheet. Form them into little haystacks with your hands (may need to wet your hands with water to avoid stickyness). Bake 325* for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. If you decide to dip them in melted chocolate, let them cool completely. Chocolate dip not included in calculations.
