IntroductionA favourite with a roast dinner where not too many potatoes. A favourite with a roast dinner where not too many potatoes.
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup (remove)
Water, 0.5 cup
sift flour and salt, add eggs to well in the middle. Beat eggs adding flour gradually from the side. Add milk and water a little at a time. When all combined Beat for two minutes.
Leave for 30 minutes or longer.
Bake in a hot over, 220C for 20 minutes or until golden.
