Introduction

A favourite with a roast dinner where not too many potatoes. A favourite with a roast dinner where not too many potatoes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt 1/4 teaspoon
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Water, 0.5 cup

Directions

12 one quarter cup servings

sift flour and salt, add eggs to well in the middle. Beat eggs adding flour gradually from the side. Add milk and water a little at a time. When all combined Beat for two minutes.
Leave for 30 minutes or longer.
Bake in a hot over, 220C for 20 minutes or until golden.
