Elephant Ear Sandwich

Introduction

Ingredients


    1 large egg
    1 tsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    1tsp olive oil
    2 slices Arnold's Whole Grains Oat Nut Bread

Directions

Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Break egg into pan, break the yolk. When white is mostly set, sprinkle bacon bits on top and flip. Cook until yolk is set. Put between two slices of bread, add your favorite condiment (I use just a little ketchup on my bread, no butter/marg) and enjoy.
