2 1/4 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Almonds,slivered and toasted
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Oil
3 Tbs lemon zest
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Egg White, beaten
Combine sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl; beat on high 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and zest; mix till well blended. Stir in flour mixture.
Divide dough into two logs about 11 inches long. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg white.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
Slice in 20 diagonal slices per roll. Place slices on baking sheet and bake 350 for 20 min or until dry. Cool on wire rack.
