Introduction

I prefer this mix to any boughten seasoned salt. You can leave out anything you don't like or add more of something you like, but try it the way is written first. I think you'll like it. Ingredients

    2 cups salt
    6 T. paprika
    1 T. garlic powder
    1 T. curry powder
    1 T. celery seed or salt
    1 T. dry mustard
    2 T. black pepper
    1 T. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cayenne
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Mix thoroughly. Store in covered container. Makes 137 tsp. at 5 grams each.
