Individual Chocolate Cheesecakes

Introduction

Scrumptious little cheesecakes that taste like they should be so sinful, but they are not! Scrumptious little cheesecakes that taste like they should be so sinful, but they are not!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 tbs cocoa powder
    3/4 cup Splenda no calorie sweetner
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix together all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into 10 cupcake liners sprayed with Pam. If you want, you can also add 5 bitter chocolate chips on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
