Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb Stew Beef
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp Tapioca
    1 slice white bread, torn in pieces
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1 can butter beans, drained
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in dutch over or roating pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Increase cooking time to 7 hours for double batch.
