Introduction

Ingredients

    16oz Fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup splenda
    .5 cup egg beaters
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1pkg. sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix (+ 2 tbls.cocoa if you want. I did and omitted frosting.) (I accidentally used cook & serve & liked the texture better) ______________________________________________
    sauce: (the first time I made this I made the sauce, it came out like frosting ,I omitted it after that which also omitted a lot of fat.)I didn't figure sauce in nutrition content.
    3tbls Country Crock Spread melted
    4tbls cocoa
    3tbls splenda

Directions

1. let cream cheese warm to room temp.
2.With mixer,mix cream cheese, splenda, vanilla, & eggs together until smooth. Set aside.
3.In seperate bowl mix with spoon, cream and pudding & 2 tbls cocoa.
4. Add pudding mixture to the bowl of cream cheese mixture.Mix with mixer until combined.
5.Spray 7" by 11" baking pan or pie plate with Pam . Spread in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min. Until tooth pick comes out almost clean.
6 mix ingredeants for sauce and drizel or spread over cake,after it cools some, put in frig.until cold.
