1 Chicken Breast, cubed
1 whole bell pepper, cut into squares
1/2 red onion cut into squares
10 medium to large mushrooms, halved
2 Hans All Natural Chicken Andouille Sausages, sliced into 1" slices
1 tbsp Tony's Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Soak skewers (10 or so) in water (while preparing other ingredients) to prevent fire.
Cut chicken into 1" cubes and mix with shrimp (pealed and deveined) and season with the Creole Seasoning. Let marinade.
Cut sausage into 1" slices. Cut vegetables to fit proteins.
In whatever order fits you, skewer proteins and veggies. Once all everything is skewered, and the grill is hot, cook for about 7-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy!
