Introduction

adds a nice taste to chicken

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Water 1 Tbsp 15ml
    Flour 1T 15m
    Parsley Flakes 1 1/2 t 7m

    chicken broth 1 1/2c 375 m
    sprigs of fresh rosemary 2 2

    Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4 4
    (4- 6oz., 113 -170 g)
    Lemom pepper 1t 5m
    Tgin Lemmon Slices 12 12

Directions

Stir water into flour and parsley in small cup.Set aside. Measure broth into medium frying pan. Ass Rosemary. Sprigs.
Place shicken breast halves in broth sprinkle with lemon pepper. lace 3 lemon slices on each chicken breast halve. Bring to a boil o medium high. reduce temp tomed low. Cover. Simmer for 10 to 15 min until chicken is no longer pink. Discard lemon slices and rosemary. remove chicken with slotted spoon to a dish and keep warm. Increase temp and add flour water mixture to broth. Heat and stir about 1 minute until boiling and thickened. serve with rice.
