2/3 cup of Quaker One Minute Plain oatmeal
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp cranberries
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp flaxseed
Shake until well mixed.
Pour into a bowl.
Add desired amount of boiling water.
Mix until moist and let stand for 1-2 minutes until oats are cooked.
