Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Feta Cheese, 1 oz
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 100 grams
    Broccoli, frozen, 100 grams
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp

Directions

cook frozen vegetables in microwave on high until defrosted. About 6 minutes.
put egg beaters and vegetables in skillet untill eggs are firm and veggies hot. Add Feta Cheese and tabasco sauce.
Cover for about 3 minutes. Stir and serve
