Carlie's Fav. Rhubarb & Strawberry muffins


Number of Servings: 16


    *Flour, white, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Quaker harvest crunch, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .75 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .33 cup (remove)
    *Rhubarb, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, whole (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)


makes 13 muffins
pre heat oven 375degrees F
mix dry ingredients together in large bowl
mix wet ingredients in seperate bowl and whip together
add wet to dry and stir together
put muffin liners in muffin pans or grease well
use large icecream scoop to measure batter into each liner
bake for 15-18minutes or until they bounce back when you touch them
remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack
