JTL's Ravioli in Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

    2 8-oz pkg refrigerated Monterey Pasta Company spinach ricotta ravioli
    5.5. Tbsp Challenge Butter
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1.4 Tbsp dried basil
    2 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a small pan, add garlic and saute. Stir in spices and heat through. Drain pasta and place in large bowl. Pour sauce on pasta and toss gently. Serve.

  • I am not a fan of spaghetti sauce so when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it! Boy were my husband and I glad we did! Of course, I added a jalepeno for some heat and some chopped onions to the sauce. Yummy! - 1/1/10
