Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
    16 cups of water
    2 large yams
    1 lbs kale
    6 med carrots
    5 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    3-4 medium red potatoes
    3 teaspoons salt

Directions

place chicken on broiler rack in oven to cook

while chicken is cooking cut up veggies and place in large stock pot.

Add water and cut up chicken after it is done cooking

bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
