6 whole wheat lasagna noodles- (the no bake kind)
1 lb. of turkey tenderloins
2 cans of healthy request cream of mushroom
1 can of healthy request cream of celery
1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 cup 2% shredded cheese blend
1 cup of carrots, chopped
1 cup of broccoli, chopped
Mix together sour cream, soup, parmesan cheese. Add veggies and chicken. Layer in 9 x 13 pan, starting with sauce mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 9.
