2 medium apples (like 1 Granny Smith and a Fuji)
1 c. dry broccoli cole slaw
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. sugar
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and sugar (to taste). Pour into apple/slaw mixture, and stir to coat. Allow slaw to sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before eating to allow flavors to really come together.
