Introduction

My granny makes this in winter time and i absolutely love it! My granny makes this in winter time and i absolutely love it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1cup and a half semolina
    1cup flour
    1cup sugar
    2 cups fresh pumpkin or cup and a half cooked(we use fresh)
    1tbsp of oil for greasing the pan
    a dash of cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder
    a little butter on top for a crunchy crust (optional)

Directions

mix the dry ingredients together and alternate layers with the pumpkin in a greased pie dish-begin and end with dry mixture layers.
bake until crust is golden brown at 200 C
makes 8 GENEROUS servings
