Ground Turkey - 8 oz
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
*Cambells Healthy Request Soup Cream of Chicken, 1.25 serving (remove)
*Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup (remove)
Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
*Hellman's Low Fat Mayo, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)
*Food Lion Frozen Chopped Broccoli, 2 serving (remove)
Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
Nabisco Ritz Crackers, .5 serving (remove)
1/2 medium onion
Add any seasonings you would like
2.) Cook the turkey breast and chicken breast until fully cooked & dice into cubes or shred, thaw broccoli and spinach until unfrozen.
3.) Combine milk & mayo with cream of mushroom & cream of chicken soups and add spices to taste in small bowl then set aside.
3.) Combine chicken, turkey, spinach, onion, broccoli & rice into pan size of your preference but may have to adjust topping (cheese & cracker crumbs) to stretch if larger than 9x13 as this size is best in my opinion.
4.) Mix soup & spice mixture in pan with chicken, spinach, onion, broccoli & rice evenly
5.) Crush crackers and top casserole , finishing with cheddar cheese & parmesan (if you like, not included)- spread evenly on top of cracker crumbs.
6.) Cover with aluminum foil and cook covered for 45 minutes at 350 degreese
7.) Uncover remaining 10-15 minutes. Ready when cheese is melted and lightly browned.
