Ingredients

    8 eggs
    1/2 cup skim milk

    other toppings as available: we used green pepper, mushroom, roasted red pepper, italian sausage, sundried tomato, artichoke, and some grated parmesan and feta cheese.

Directions

layer all ingredients in greased or sprayed baking dish. Add eggs and milk mixture and bake at 375 until center is firm.
