Kelly's Sirloin Steak Strips

Introduction

Found recipe on For Your Diabetes Life web site. I served this over brown rice. Found recipe on For Your Diabetes Life web site. I served this over brown rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs top sirloin steak-lean, raw
    3/4 tsp minced garlic
    4oz red wine
    4oz Swanson 100% fat free, 50% less Sodium Beef Broth
    1 1/2 tbs dijon mustard
    2 1/4 tbs chopped parsley


Directions

Cut steak into strips about 3/4 inch thick, and heat in large skillet using Pam spray. Saute steak on oth sides until done, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove meat, and add the garlic & wine to the pan, and poil until reduced by half, stirring well, and add the beef broth and mustard, stirring until blended. Boil until thick, ad add the parsley and return the meat to pan. Heat with the sause and serve.
