Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Summer squash, 1.5 cup slices (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .75 large (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)

Directions

chop all veggies into cubes; mix everything in crock pot. Cook for three hours on high (or all day on low) until rice is cooked and juice is absorbed. Warm and yummy...nice to come home to!
