Sweet Potato Casserole

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    20 oz. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. Brummel & Brown spread
    1/4 C. pecans, chopped

Directions

Mash sweet potatoes and place in a small, prepared baking dish (6x9). Spread Brummel & Brown over the top. Sprinkle brown sugar over the B & B. Top with pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings. Great side dish with poultry or fish.
