This was created out of what was around in the cupboard and freezer This was created out of what was around in the cupboard and freezer

Ingredients

    No bake Lasagna noodles
    Small onion chopped
    garlic (as prefered) diced
    Frozen spinach 1-2cups
    frozen broccoli 2 cups
    can mushrooms
    can of diced tomatos
    cup of grated carrots
    cup of ricotta cheese
    cup of mozzerella
    italian herbs mixed in with cheese

Directions


layer, damp noodles
then 1/3 of the cheese mixture
1/3 of veggie mixture
and repeat
sprinkle top with parmcheese
