Pork and bean stew

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground pork
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 red onion
    2 carrots
    1 cup corn
    4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1 medium yellow pepper

Directions

Brown the ground pork with onions and chipotle peppers (seed them if you don't like it too spicy), and spices of choice (I used pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder). Put in crock pot with other ingredients and cook on low for 4-10 hours.
