Ingredients

    # *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    # White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cups
    # Tomato Sauce, 454 grams
    # *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    # Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    # Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    # Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    # Cheddar Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded
    Can of Diced tomatoes.

Directions

Halve peppers long-way. scoop out membrane and seeds lay in a shallow baking dish.

Brown ground beef, drain then add rice, tomato sauce, Worchestershire sauce and corn, onions Simmer until well combined and heated through - about 15 minutes

Scoop mixture into pepper halves, top with cheese, bake in 350 over for 30 minutes.
