Ingredients

    3 ounces tuna (packed in water)
    1 hard boiled egg
    1 TBS onion
    1 small celery stalk, chopped
    a dash of salt and pepper
    a dash of Old Bay seasoning
    a dash of pepper flakes
    1 slice of tomato, chopped

Directions

mix all ingredients and enjoy

Can eat over lettuce or with whole wheat crackers.
