Poppyseed Chicken

Introduction

this is our family favorite!!! this is our family favorite!!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone - about 2 breasts
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 stick (1/4 lb)
    Nabisco Ritz Crackers - other brands don't taste the same
    2 tbsp poppyseeds

Directions

cook chicken and either cube or shred. Mix with soup and sour cream. Layer bottom of 9x13 casserole pan.
In a seperate bowl melt butter and add crushed Ritz crackers and poppyseeds. Layer on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Taste GREAT over rice.
