Introduction

What a great combo of beans, chicken, and spice to give you that kick in the afternoon, or enjoy a larger portion for dinner! Sure to be a favorite in any household! Why not double and give yourself lunch for the next day!

What a great combo of beans, chicken, and spice to give you that kick in the afternoon, or enjoy a larger portion for dinner! Sure to be a favorite in any household! Why not double and give yourself lunch for the next day!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Black beans- 1 serving (35 grams)
    Chicken breast (no skin) - 2 oz (can be more if dinner portion)
    3 Tbsp salsa

Directions

Cook beans in pot with water.

Cook chicken how desired- bake, or pan with minimal oil.

Place cooked beans on plate, add salsa, top with chicken!

Makes 1 serving, but can easily double (or triple) for more!!
