Hard boiled Egg whites, 2
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss garlic herb, 1 wedge
Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp (I use stone ground)
Salt and pepper to taste.
I also like to add a little Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb, and cayenne pepper.
It helps me power through the afternoon munchies. If I have more room for calories, I'll include the egg yolk, but when this is just a snack and I need to watch my intake, it's almost as satisfying without it. (nutri info is without)
