    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Carrots, raw, 0.5 medium
    * Cucumber (with peel), 2 cup slices
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * seasoning


Cut the onions in rings; cut the carrots in strips or grate them; cut the cucumber in strips or slices; cut the tomato in small slices. Add all in a bowl ; add the olive oil and seasoning. Serves 4.
