Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup mashed banana (2 bananas), 3/4 cup corn syrup, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg, bananas, honey and milk. Add flour, baking powder,baking soda and oatmeal. Stir until blended. Add nuts and raisins. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins. 192.6 calories per muffin
