Homemade Soy Milk

Introduction

This is a low sugar organic soymilk made from scratch This is a low sugar organic soymilk made from scratch
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup soaked organic soybeans
    1 T Blue Agave Syrup
    1/2 C. Coffee Rich (to add creaminess)
    1 t. Vanilla
    1/2 t Salt

Directions

This makes about 6 cups milk.

Add Soaked Soybeans to SoyJoy soymilk maker hopper. Let machine process. When finishedwith the normal cycle set machine to heat and run one cycle. Meanwhile add remaining ingredients to 2 quart pitcher. Strain finished milk into pitcher and chill overnight.
