Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breast
    1.5 Gallons 98 fat free chkn broth
    1- 28oz Tomato Sauce
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1.5 Med Onions
    6 stalks Celery
    3 Lrg Carrots
    .5 cup Lentils
    3/4 c long grain rice
    2 tsp Rosemary
    1 lg bay leaf
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 T Salt
    3 Cups Petite Peas
    1/2 c corn
    1/2 c green beans
    1/2 c barley

Directions

Cook Chicken in water cook until chicken is done. Remove Chicken and take off any remaining fat or skin. Strain broth and return to pot with chicken torn into small pieces. Add chicken broth. Add tomato sauce, chopped celery, onion, and carrots. Mince garlic and add to pot along with all seasonings and remaining ingredients. Cook until everything is tender. Add seasoning if needed.
