1 lb Chicken Breast, Skinless & Boneless
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
2. Place a grill on an oven pan and place the Chicken Breast on top.
3. Place the pan with Chicken Breast in 350 degree preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Note: Instead of heating up the kitchen, you can grill the Chicken Breasts on your BBQ grill.
