"Light" Banana Bread..... "Light" Banana Bread.....
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    blue bonnet lite marg. = 5 Table spoons

    Splenda = 1/2 cup

    Splenda brown "sugar"= 1/2 cup

    Light, heavy creamer = 1/2 cup

    large eggs = 1

    vanilla extract = 1 teaspoon

    ripe bananas = 1.5 cups mashed banana

    all purpose flour = 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

    baking soda = 1 teaspoon

    salt = 1/2 teaspoon

    baking powder = 1/4 teaspoon

    chopped walnuts = 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Oven : 350 F. Spray bottom of 9x5x3" pan with non-stick spray.
In large bowl mix butter until fluffy....Add "sugars" mix well...Add eggs...vanilla....mix well until blended....Add ripe bananas & mix well. Combine flour, soda, baking powder,salt....Add all to butter mixture ..... add cream & walnuts Mix Well !!! Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 F. until browned and inserted tooth pick comes out clean......about 1 hour & 15 min. cool before slicing.
