Introduction

I threw this together one night to accompany steak sandwiches. It's a great side with chicken, pork, fish, anything! I threw this together one night to accompany steak sandwiches. It's a great side with chicken, pork, fish, anything!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Tbsp honey
    Juice of 1 lime
    dash of salt
    1 mango, peeled and diced
    1 pineapple, peeled and diced
    1 avocado, peeled and diced
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1/4 cup raw pistachio nuts, shelled
    1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Directions

In a large bowl whisk together honey, lime juice and salt. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

Serves 4 - 6 generously.
