No Cook Cookies

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups raw cane sugar, or dark brown sugar
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup margarine
    5 tbsp cocoa
    2 1/2 cups oats
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Heat sugar, butter, coco & milk over med heat. boil no more than 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, stir, add PB, add oats until all mixed up. Drop onto paper by spoon and let cool.

    I used turbinado brown sugar in it and left out the coconut. I also used the smucker's organic PB in it too. With pure vanilla. They do not want to set (harden). Might go back to reg sugar. - 10/3/09
