Introduction

An easy meal to make for six servings. Can be served with rice and a green, or as is. An easy meal to make for six servings. Can be served with rice and a green, or as is.

Ingredients

    Rinse and arrange in large baking dish six (approx. two pounds) thin cut ham end pork chops.

    Mix in a bowl the onion, peas & carrots, soup, spices and water, then spread over chops.

Directions

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until done.

Makes six servings of one chop each. Variations can be made with different soups and spices.
