Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 2 oz (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Plantains, 2 cup slices (remove)
    Palm Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    cayanne pepper 1 to 2 tsp or to taste
    water 1/2 cup

Directions

Cutt chicken up and add to a pot with 1/2 c water, add onions let cook for 10 minutes. add all other ingredients. except shrimp let simmer. last add shrimp
