IntroductionThis is avery good tasting cake and very moist. This is avery good tasting cake and very moist.
1/3 cup oatmeal \, raw [not instant]
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend
1 tablespoon splenda for baking
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups applesauce [unsweetened]
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 18 squares.
