Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
    *Orange Marmalade, 0.25 cup
    *Knorr Beef Bouillion Cubes, 1 serving
    White Wine, 4 fl oz
    Onions, raw, .1/2 cup, chopped
    Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray add chicken and onion, when chicken is no longer pink add remaining ingridents and lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes turn chicken and let cook longer. makes a nice sauce.
makes 4-6 servings. serve over rice or pasta and a vegetable
