1 cup rice cooked according to package
1 Can chicken stock + water to make 2 cups (optional)
10 - 12 shrimp, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup peas
soy sauce to taste
Salt & Pepper to tast
Cook and chop shrimp into bite size pieces
1/4 cup cooked frozen peas
After everything is cooked, combine in a large frying pan. Drizzle soya sauce until the rice has a nice coating. (not too much) Salt & Pepper to taste.
Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings
