Medugorje Fasting Bread

Introduction

This is easy, healthy and delicious. Toasted with some diet margarine it the way I like it. This is easy, healthy and delicious. Toasted with some diet margarine it the way I like it.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups oatmeal
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup natural bran
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 TB molasses
    1-3/4 cups skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Mix the molasses and skim milk together before adding to the dry ingredients.

Pour into greased and floured bread pan.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes then at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
