No Sugar Added Granola

Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1 1/4 c dates, pitted and chopped
    1/4 c hot water
    1 T vanilla extract
    1 t ground cinnamon
    8 c oats

Directions

put bananas and dates into food processor...puree. add hot water vanilla and cinnamon. mix well. pour into mixing bowl and add oatmeal and mix well. spread onto large baking sheets and bake at 250 for 1- 1 1/2 hrs stirring frequently. once cooled add dried fruit and nuts if desired.
