Introduction

Delicious and low-fat! Delicious and low-fat!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Pinto beans, 1 can
    Kidney beans, 2 cans
    White beans, 2 cans
    Chicken broth, 2 cans
    (Use vegetable broth for vegan or vegetarian)
    zucchini, 1 small, chopped
    Corn, 1 can
    Carrots, .5 cup, chopped
    Peas, .5 cup

Directions

Mix all canned goods together.
Drain corn and add.
Chop carrots and zucchini and add.
Add peas.

Any additional veggies can be added! I often use "leftover" veggies that I have around.

Makes 12 servings. (1 serving=1.5cup)
