Red Wine Flounder over Creamy Linguini

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Flounder Filet
    2 tbsp Red Wine Vinaigrette (Wishbone)
    .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    .5 tsp Dill Weed (dried)
    1 cup Baby Spinach
    Cooked Linguini

    Sauce
    1tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1tbsp Flour
    .25 c Skim Milk

Directions

Makes 1 Serving

Preheat oven to 400*

1. Spread spinach across bottom of pan place flounder on top.
2. Add Vinairgrette, dill, and red pepper
3.) Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes

Sauce
1. Heat the butter, add flour, add milk stir until thick.
2.) Add the spinach and juice from the baked flounder.
3.) Mix in linguini to coat
